We greeted Easter day with friends around our table delighting in a scrumptious brunch. Wade takes making breakfast very seriously. He makes some crazy good sausage gravy. He makes eggs to order: fried, over easy, scrambled, with cheese, with tobasco, seasoning, no seasoning, whatever you choose. French toast, bacon of course, and biscuits, seriously there's no need to frequent the kitchen the rest of the day. But I'm glad he takes this on. Because about all I can do is a box of Betty Crocker blueberry muffins. That's as good as it gets people.

Then we enjoyed an Easter egg hunt with our neighbors. Candy-filled eggs, money-filled eggs... which will you find?
Our Easter extravaganza:
Emmy is looking at the camera in the first one, and Brenner is in the second. Oh well, I do what I can do. =)
Our sweet friend, Ellie
Ava and little sister Ellie with Brenner
We had some fun with smashing confetti eggs too. Happy Easter!!
